Anyone else feeling the Q2 slump at ZB?

Just checking in to see if anyone else is feeling the pinch at Zimmer Biomet. It's been noticeably slower in my division over the past few weeks. Fewer meetings, more people seeming a bit lost or just less busy than usual. I've seen some travel budgets get slashed and expenses scrutinized more than ever. No official word, of course, but it feels like the calm before something potentially unpleasant. Heard through the grapevine that some R&D projects are being re-evaluated, which usually isn't a good sign for workforce stability. Is this just a typical Q2 slowdown before the second half of the year, or is there something more substantial going on? Anyone in sales or operations seeing similar trends?
