Is anyone else feeling the pressure at Zimmer Biomet lately?

Seriously, what's going on at ZB? The last few months have felt like a constant uphill battle. New mandates, shifting priorities, and a general sense that resources are being stretched thinner and thinner. I'm not necessarily talking about outright layoffs because I haven't seen or heard any official announcements, but the *feeling* is there. It feels like management is trying to squeeze more out of us without giving us more to work with. I've seen some colleagues looking pretty stressed, and the usual camaraderie seems a bit muted. Are others experiencing this? Is this just a cyclical thing in the med device industry, or is ZB facing specific headwinds? I'm starting to wonder about my own future here and whether it's time to start dusting off the resume, even without a pink slip in hand. Anyone else contemplating similar moves or have a different perspective?

I hear you. It's definitely a palpable shift in the atmosphere lately. The constant push for more with fewer resources is exhausting, and you can see the toll it's taking on people. It creates a lot of uncertainty and makes it hard to plan or feel secure in your role, even without official news. Hopefully, leadership recognizes this strain and addresses it proactively before it impacts morale and productivity even further.

Felt this way too. It's like the goalposts keep moving, and we're expected to hit them without the necessary tools or support. The unspoken pressure is definitely there, and it's understandable why people are stressed. It makes you wonder about the long-term strategy and whether it's sustainable for the employees who are doing the day-to-day work.
