Zimmer Biomet - Any news on the sales side?

Been pretty quiet on my end regarding any major shifts, but I'm hearing some murmurings from folks in different regions about the sales team. It's not a full-blown layoff announcement or anything, but more along the lines of 'restructuring' and 'territory adjustments'. Some of my contacts are saying their numbers are being looked at more closely, and there's a general feeling of uncertainty about how the territories will shake out. Anyone else on the sales force experiencing similar vibes or hearing anything more specific about potential impacts?

Yeah, I've heard similar chatter. Definitely seeing some re-alignments happening, though nothing concrete has been communicated to us directly yet. It feels like they're trying to optimize coverage or something, but the lack of clarity is making everyone a bit antsy. Just hoping it doesn't lead to more work for less compensation down the line. Curious to see how it plays out region by region.
