Hey everyone, just checking in to see if anyone has heard anything concrete or even just whispers about potential layoffs at ZB, specifically in the R&D or Engineering departments. I've been with the company for a few years now, and while things have been relatively stable, there's a general feeling of uncertainty in the air lately. Management seems a bit more tight-lipped than usual, and there have been a few project re-scopes that have me a little nervous. Nothing official, of course, but the buzz is starting to get louder. Is anyone else in these areas feeling it? Any insights into what might be happening behind the scenes? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and prepare myself if anything is brewing.
