Hey everyone, been with ZB for a few years now and lately it feels like the screws are tightening across the board. Management keeps talking about 'synergies' and 'optimization' but it's starting to feel like code for something else. Seeing a lot of 'do more with less' type of messaging, and frankly, it's making people nervous. Has anyone heard anything concrete about potential cuts or a broader organizational change? It's hard to ignore the vibe lately, especially with the economic headwinds. Just looking for some honest takes if anyone has them. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's getting tough.

I've been feeling the exact same way. The 'synergies' talk has definitely been a recurring theme in our team meetings, and it's hard not to read between the lines. It feels like there's a lot of uncertainty about the future, and the constant push for efficiency without clear direction is starting to wear people down. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on my work, but the general atmosphere is definitely tense. Hoping for some clarity soon, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath.
