Zimmer Biomet - Anyone else seeing slowdowns/hiring freezes?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. Been at ZB for a few years now, mostly in a project management role. Lately, there's been a weird vibe. Projects are getting pushed back, some new initiatives seem to have stalled indefinitely, and it feels like the hiring freeze is really on for many departments. I haven't heard any concrete rumors of layoffs, and my direct manager is tight-lipped, but the general atmosphere is definitely tense. Are others experiencing this? Is it just my department, or is this a company-wide thing? Just trying to gauge if I should start dusting off the resume or if this is a temporary belt-tightening. Anyone have insights into what might be happening behind the scenes? Any whispers about Q3/Q4 performance impacting headcount?
