Zimmer Biomet - Productivity & Efficiency focus?

Lately, feels like management is really pushing the 'productivity' and 'efficiency' narrative across the board. Lots of meetings about optimizing processes and cutting 'redundancies'. Doesn't feel like the usual quarterly push; there's a different tone to it. I'm trying to read between the lines. Is anyone else seeing this? Could this be a precursor to something bigger, like organizational changes or even layoffs down the line? I'm not in a position that seems obviously at risk, but the language is making me nervous. Just wondering if others are feeling this pressure and what their take is. Is it just a new corporate buzzword cycle, or is there real substance behind it?
