Just saw the official WARN filing for the Neptune City location drop. 70 people out on Aug 30th. Is this the end of the cuts or just the start of the Q4 bloodletting? Management has been incredibly tight-lipped about the 'operational efficiencies,' but we all know that's code for headcount reduction. I’m hearing it’s mostly support staff and some R&D folks, but I’m worried about what happens in October. If you’re at that site or close to it, keep your head down and start backing up your personal files. It feels like the culture is shifting toward pure cost-cutting mode instead of innovation. Seventy people is a massive blow for that facility. I know it’s standard practice to keep things quiet until the paperwork hits, but the lack of transparency is what really stings. Everyone I talk to is bracing for the next wave, and waiting for the other shoe to drop is exhausting. If you have been there a while, you know the cycle, but this feels different. Just focus on your exit strategy and keep your options open, because clearly, the company isn't prioritizing loyalty right now.
