Hey everyone, just wanted to check the pulse on Zoetis. Been seeing a lot of chatter on other pharma/biotech boards about hiring freezes, budget tightening, and general uncertainty. Has anyone at ZTS noticed anything similar internally? Like, are teams being told to hold off on new hires, are projects getting shelved, or is there just a general 'belt-tightening' vibe? Not hearing any specific layoff rumors, thankfully, but the economic climate feels like it's starting to impact things everywhere. Curious if anyone has direct insights into what might be happening at Zoetis, even if it's just a general feeling of caution. Appreciate any intel, thanks!

Things feel pretty steady on my end in R&D, though we're definitely being more mindful of expenses. It's not a widespread panic or anything, but there's a general awareness that budgets are being scrutinized more closely. New roles are still being approved, but perhaps with a bit more deliberation than a year ago. It’s probably wise to stay informed, but I wouldn't read too much into it unless you're hearing direct from leadership about major changes.
