Zoetis - Anyone else seeing internal shifts or budget cuts?

Hey all, long-time lurker here, first-time poster. I've been with Zoetis for a few years now, and lately, things just feel... different. Not in a layoff announcement kind of way, but more subtle. Projects seem to be getting scoped down, there's a lot more talk about "efficiency" and "optimizing resources" in leadership meetings, and some open roles I was keeping an eye on seem to have gone quiet or been taken down. It's not a panic yet, but the overall mood feels a bit more cautious than usual. Anyone else in other departments picking up on similar vibes? Curious if it's just my corner of the company or a broader trend.

I've noticed the same vibe. It's like the company's tightening its belt without making a big show of it. Budgets for some initiatives I was involved in got significantly smaller this quarter, and there's definitely more emphasis on justifying every expense. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, but hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment period.

Interesting to hear others are picking up on this too. The 'efficiency' talk has been rampant in my department as well. We're being asked to do more with less, and frankly, it's starting to feel unsustainable. I'm keeping my eyes open, but for now, just trying to navigate the current climate.
