Zoetis - Anyone else stressed about the future?

Just putting this out there to see if anyone else is feeling the pressure at Zoetis. Lately, it feels like the ground is shifting under our feet. We've had a few 'reorganizations' in the last year, and while they say it's for 'strategic alignment,' it feels like a precursor to something bigger. People are whispering, and there's definitely an undercurrent of anxiety. I've been here for a while and have always felt pretty secure, but the current climate, both globally and within the company, is making me nervous. Is anyone else in a similar boat, or am I just being paranoid? Would love to hear if anyone has any insights or has heard any rumors, even if they seem far-fetched right now. Just trying to prepare myself mentally.

I hear you. The constant 'reorgs' do create a lot of uncertainty, even when leadership tries to spin it positively. It's hard not to feel a bit on edge when things feel so fluid. Staying informed and adaptable seems to be the name of the game right now. Hopefully, whatever 'strategic alignment' they're aiming for brings some stability in the long run.
