Zoetis - Feeling the pressure, what's the vibe?

Hey everyone, been lurking here for a bit, thought I'd finally post. Seeing some of the chatter around other companies and just generally the economic climate, I'm starting to feel a bit uneasy about Zoetis. Haven't heard any concrete layoff news, but there's this general 'wait and see' feeling that's kinda unnerving. Anyone else sensing a shift or feeling the pressure? Are you seeing any internal signs like hiring freezes, budget cuts, or projects being shelved? Just trying to gauge the temperature and see if others are feeling this too. Not trying to spread FUD, just genuinely curious and a little anxious. Let's keep it constructive if possible.

Totally feel you on the unease. It's been quiet on the layoff front, thankfully, but the general atmosphere feels... tense. Heard some whispers about a slowdown in certain R&D projects, and a couple of teams have definitely seen their budgets tightened. Hiring definitely seems to be on a more cautious track than it was a year ago. Just trying to keep my head down and do good work, but it's hard not to notice the shift. Hopefully, it's just a cyclical thing and things will pick up soon.
