Hey everyone, has anyone else at Zoetis been hearing whispers lately? I'm not talking about a big, announced layoff event, but more like a slow bleed. Teams seem to be shrinking, some roles are being consolidated, and there's definitely a nervous energy in the air. It feels like maybe they're doing some restructuring behind the scenes, but it's hard to get a clear picture. People are definitely on edge, wondering if their job is next. I've been feeling that same anxious vibe. It's not just one department; it seems to be spreading. People are hesitant to talk openly, which just adds to the uncertainty.
