From what I've seen, there's definitely a heightened awareness around fiscal responsibility. It's less about panic and more about strategic resource allocation. Projects are being scrutinized a bit more closely, and there's a greater emphasis on demonstrating ROI. However, the core business remains strong, and innovation is still a priority. It feels like a normal business cycle adjustment, just amplified by the current economic narrative.
Things feel pretty stable here. While I'm sure there are internal discussions about efficiency, I haven't personally experienced any drastic changes in project direction or team priorities. Our leadership seems focused on continued growth and leveraging our existing strengths. It's business as usual for the most part, with a general understanding that adaptability is key in any market.
