Zoetis - What's the general sentiment about the company's direction?

Been at ZTS for a while and while there haven't been any official layoff announcements (thank goodness), the overall mood feels a bit uncertain. There's a lot of talk about market dynamics and adapting to new challenges, which is fair, but it's also making people a bit antsy. I'm wondering what the general feeling is across the company. Are teams feeling secure? Are there whispers about areas that might be more vulnerable? Just trying to gauge the collective pulse here, as internal comms can only say so much.
