Reference Request Board
Ask former coworkers who know your work for a reference after a layoff.
Free community support
Post your former company, role, and the reference you need. Coworkers can read the details and voluntarily respond in a private message. No Premium membership or current work email is needed to post or respond here.
Posts are public and employment on this board is self-reported. Do not publish work emails or confidential information. No references, jobs, or cross-company introductions are guaranteed.
Verified same-company matching
Separate from the free board: accounts with an existing verified company association can ask eligible Premium members at that same company for help. Helpers must have verified company email and not be marked laid off. Matching does not prove you worked together or guarantee a reference.
