I've definitely noticed the same thing. It feels like a constant game of whack-a-mole trying to keep up with the latest focus. One minute we're all in on diagnostics, the next it's medical devices, and then suddenly nutrition takes center stage. It's understandable that a company our size needs to adapt, but the pace and inconsistency are a real challenge for execution. It's hard to know where to invest your energy when the landscape changes so rapidly.
This feeling of shifting priorities is palpable. I think it stems from a desire to be agile in a complex market, but it often feels more like a lack of clear, long-term strategic vision. We launch initiatives with great fanfare, only for them to fade into the background shortly after. It creates a sense of futility and can really impact morale. Focusing on what truly matters is becoming an art form, not a standard operating procedure.
