Morale is in the basement - anyone else feel disconnected?

Seriously, is it just me or has the general vibe at Abbott taken a nosedive lately? It feels like communication from leadership has become even more opaque, and there's this constant undercurrent of uncertainty. Even the usually upbeat people in my group seem a bit shell-shocked. We used to have town halls that felt at least somewhat informative, but now it's just canned statements. Makes it tough to stay motivated when you feel like you're just a cog that could be easily replaced. Anyone else feeling this complete disconnect and is there any hope of things improving soon?
