Uncertainty about future projects/roles after recent announcements

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling the same unease I am. We've had a few all-hands meetings and leadership updates recently, and while they talk about innovation and growth, there's a definite undertone of 'we need to be lean and focused.' I'm not seeing any official layoff news, but a lot of folks in my division are starting to get antsy. People are whispering about project freezes, and some roles that were supposed to be open aren't getting filled. It feels like things are being consolidated or maybe deprioritized, and I'm just trying to gauge if this is an Abbott-wide thing or if it's specific to certain areas. Any insights or similar observations from other departments would be really helpful right now.
