I've definitely felt a shift. There's a lot of hushed talk and a general feeling of being out of the loop on strategic decisions. It's making it tough to plan effectively, as priorities seem to be in flux. Hopefully, this is just a transitional phase and clarity will come soon. Right now, it feels like we're navigating through fog.
From my perspective, the leadership changes have brought a renewed focus on efficiency, though it's come with some growing pains. Communication hasn't been the smoothest, and there's an understandable 'wait and see' attitude. I'm optimistic that these moves are aimed at long-term structural improvements, but the current disruption is undeniable. Time will tell if the benefits outweigh the immediate challenges.
