Anyone else's benefits package feeling suddenly less robust?

Just got my benefits enrollment info for next year and it feels like a lot more has been cut or phased out compared to previous years. Lower coverage on some things, higher deductibles, and it seems like some of the perks we used to have are just... gone. Is this just me, or is the company quietly trimming everything they can? It feels like a slow bleed, and frankly, with all the other weirdness going on, it's making me nervous about where the company's financial health really stands. Anyone else noticed this or looked into the details?

Yeah, I noticed it too. It's definitely not just you. My prescription costs went up significantly, and the dental plan looks worse than ever. Feels like they're squeezing every penny. It's a bit disheartening, especially when you've been loyal for a while. Makes you wonder if they're preparing for something, or just trying to boost short-term profits. Hopefully, we can all discuss this further and see what options we might have, or at least share our experiences.

Hold on a second, are we sure this is some grand conspiracy? Benefits packages fluctuate year to year, that's pretty standard. Companies always review their costs. Maybe there were some market changes or actuarial adjustments that forced their hand. It doesn't automatically mean the company is in dire financial straits. Sometimes these things are just business. Have you guys actually looked at the specifics and compared them to industry averages? Might be worth doing before jumping to conclusions.
