Honestly, I think people are reading way too much into things. It's Blizzard, of course there are stressful meetings and vague corporate announcements. It's practically their MO. Restructuring could mean anything from moving desks to re-prioritizing projects. Unless you're actually seeing people being walked out, I'd say try to stay calm and not contribute to the rumor mill. Maybe your manager is just dealing with the Diablo IV season launch; those can get pretty hairy.
