Is the merger really settling in, or is there more flux coming?

Been working here at ABK for a while now, and post-merger, things have felt... transitional, to say the least. We've all seen the news about the 1,900 folks let go across Microsoft, including a chunk from ABK. It's tough to see colleagues go, and it definitely creates a nervous energy. But the thing is, it feels like that was supposed to be the 'big' adjustment period. Yet, lately, there's been a sort of low hum of uncertainty. Project scopes feel a bit fluid, hiring freezes seem to be extending in some areas, and there's just this general 'what's next?' feeling that's more persistent than I'd expect if things were truly stabilizing post-acquisition. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there specific teams or projects that seem more affected? Or is this just the natural growing pains of integrating such a massive company? Trying to get a read on whether we're past the major turbulence or if there might be more adjustments on the horizon.
