AMD - Anyone have the inside scoop on recent 'reorganizations'?

Been hearing a lot of talk about 'reorganizations' and 'restructuring' around AMD. Seems like a lot of people are being moved around, and some roles are being consolidated or eliminated under the guise of efficiency. It's making things super awkward and tense. People are trying to figure out if this is just business as usual or if it's a precursor to something bigger. I've seen a few people I know suddenly 'leaving for new opportunities' which feels like a polite way of saying they were pushed out. Anyone else in a similar boat or have a clearer picture of what's *really* going on? Is this a widespread talent-optimization effort, or just a few departments feeling the pinch? Trying to get a sense of the scope and if I should start polishing the resume.
