I feel you. I'm in the GPU side, and it's the same story here. The constant reorgs make it hard to stay motivated. I spend more time updating documentation and attending 'getting to know you' meetings than actually coding. Senior management seems to think shaking things up is a substitute for actual strategy. It isn't. It's disruptive and demotivating. I started looking for a new job because of it.
I get that it's frustrating, but AMD has been through some major changes in the last few years. They had to restructure after the ATI acquisition and then again to take on Intel and Nvidia. Some reorg is probably necessary for them to stay competitive. Maybe try to focus on what you can control – your own projects and skills. Network with people in different groups to expand your options, and document everything *you* do in case your team gets shuffled.
