I hear you. I went through something similar at a previous company. The constant change is incredibly draining. It's hard to get anything done when you're always in a state of flux and rebuilding. Document everything you do and keep a log of your accomplishments. This will be invaluable no matter what happens, and it helps you feel a little more in control.
Honestly, it sounds like typical big-company stuff. Every large tech company goes through reorganizations. Maybe they're trying to find the best way to compete, especially with the recent market shifts. Are the projects actually failing, or is it just disruptive? Could be a good thing in the long run, maybe. Or not. Just gotta roll with it, I guess.
