ADI - Anyone else feeling the pressure? Layoff rumors swirling?

Hey everyone, has anyone else been hearing whispers or feeling a general sense of unease around ADI lately? I haven't seen any official announcements, and obviously, we all know how the market has been. But there's been a definite shift in vibe in my department, and I'm starting to hear more chatter than usual about potential cuts. Performance reviews are coming up soon too, and that always makes people nervous, but this feels… different. Is it just me, or is anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if anyone has any inside info or has seen anything that suggests something might be brewing. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard not to worry. Just looking for some honest perspectives from fellow ADI folks.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling the same tension. It's more than just the usual pre-review jitters. The atmosphere in meetings feels more guarded, and there's a distinct lack of open communication about project pipelines. It's like everyone's holding their breath, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Hoping it's just market jitters, but it does seem like a more pervasive anxiety than usual.

I haven't directly heard layoff rumors, but the pressure is palpable. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more intensely, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less.' Budgets feel tighter, and discussions about headcount seem to be happening behind closed doors. It’s creating an unsettling environment, for sure. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase driven by broader economic shifts.
