ADI - Anyone else feeling the vibe?

Hey all, been at ADI for a few years now in engineering. Lately, I've been picking up on some weird vibes. Hiring seems to have slowed to a crawl, and there's been a lot more talk about 'efficiency' and 'optimizing resources' in team meetings. No official word, of course, but the whispers are getting louder. Performance reviews felt a little more intense this year too, like they were really digging for reasons. Anyone else experiencing something similar? Is it just my team/department, or is this a broader ADI thing? Wondering if I should start dusting off the resume or if this is just standard semiconductor cyclical stuff. Hard to tell with no concrete news. Just feels like things are a bit... tense. Appreciate any insights from fellow ADIers.
