ADI - How's the current workload and project pipeline?

Lately, my workload feels… intense. Project deadlines are getting tighter, and there seems to be less buffer or resources allocated than usual. It's making me wonder if ADI is perhaps trying to do more with less right now. I haven't heard any official announcements or anything concrete about layoffs, but the pressure is definitely mounting. On top of that, the general market sentiment for semiconductors has been pretty volatile. Are others feeling this squeeze? Are your project pipelines still robust, or are things starting to look leaner? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my specific area. Any insights from engineering, sales, or operations would be helpful.

I'm definitely feeling the pinch too. Deadlines seem to be shrinking, and it feels like we're constantly being asked to do more with fewer resources. It's not just rumors, the pressure is palpable across several teams I interact with. The volatile semiconductor market certainly isn't helping the stress levels. Hopefully, this is a temporary phase as the industry finds its footing.
