Yeah, I'm definitely seeing some of that too, especially on the NPI side. Timelines are becoming a lot more fluid, and there's a much higher bar for new project approvals. It feels like the focus has shifted heavily to existing, profitable product lines. It's not panic mode yet, but the whispers about efficiency drives and resource reallocation are getting louder across different teams. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard not to feel the shift in the air.
It's understandable to feel a bit uneasy with the broader market conditions. While ADI has a strong track record of resilience, no company is entirely immune. I've noticed a more cautious approach to spending, and some teams are definitely being asked to do more with less. However, our core markets in industrial and automotive still show some underlying strength, which should provide a buffer. Let's hope the current headwinds are temporary and our diversified portfolio helps us navigate through.
