Hey ADI folks. Been with the company for a few years now and while I haven't heard any rumblings about major layoffs, there's definitely a shift in the air. Seems like budgets are tighter, hiring has slowed considerably, and there's a bit more pressure to hit numbers. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if this is just the broader industry trend or if ADI is experiencing something specific. The internal communications have been pretty standard, but the day-to-day feels different. Project priorities seem to be shifting more frequently, and there's a lot of focus on efficiency and cost-saving. Curious to hear from others, especially those in different departments or roles, what your take is on the current climate within the company. Is it just me, or is there a general sense of uncertainty creeping in? Let's keep it civil and share experiences.

Yeah, I've noticed it too. It's not just you. Feels like everyone's being asked to do more with less, which is a classic sign of belts tightening. Been seeing more 'efficiency' initiatives popping up, and the focus on hitting quarterly targets seems more intense than usual. Hopefully, it's just a temporary market adjustment and not indicative of deeper issues, but it's definitely a change from the vibe a year or two ago. Keeping an eye on it.

I'm hearing similar things from my team. Hiring has definitely slowed to a crawl, and the justification for new roles feels much more scrutinized. It's creating a bit of extra work for existing staff, trying to cover gaps. The 'pressure to hit numbers' is palpable, and there's a subtle shift in how projects are being prioritized to ensure immediate revenue impact. It's certainly a different atmosphere than what I'm used to at ADI.
