Okay, so there's no official announcement or anything, but the grapevine is buzzing. I've seen a few key people leave without immediate replacements, and internal job postings are few and far between. My manager is being super vague when asked about team growth or stability. We had that big acquisition not too long ago, and sometimes that leads to restructuring, right? Or maybe it's just the general market uncertainty bleeding over. I'm starting to get that anxious feeling in my stomach, you know? Checking my LinkedIn constantly, updating my resume under the covers. Anyone else feeling this weird tension? Is it just my team, or is this a wider ADI thing? Curious to hear what others are seeing/hearing.

I'm not at ADI, but I've heard similar whispers from friends in the semiconductor industry. Acquisitions, especially large ones, often trigger a period of uncertainty and re-evaluation. It's completely understandable to feel that way when things aren't clear. Hopefully, it's just a temporary market adjustment or a normal post-acquisition integration phase. Keep your eyes and ears open, but try not to let the anxiety get the better of you. Focus on your work and what you can control.
