Hey everyone, Just checking in to see if anyone has heard any whispers or seen any signs about potential restructuring or changes at Aon. The market feels a bit uncertain, and with other firms making moves, I'm getting a little antsy. Haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but there's always that underlying hum of 'what if'. Workload seems steady for me, maybe even a bit lighter in some areas, which is unusual if you ask me. But then again, maybe that's just my department. Anyone else noticing anything different in their teams or across the company? Any internal comms that seem to hint at something bigger? Just trying to get a pulse on what's happening or if I'm just overthinking things. Appreciate any insights you can share, even if it's just speculation.

Haven't heard anything concrete myself, but I've noticed some chatter on internal channels that's a bit more hushed than usual. Some projects seem to be getting deprioritized, and there's a definite sense of waiting for news. Makes you wonder if they're consolidating or shifting focus. Hopefully, it's just a standard market adjustment and not something more disruptive.

Interesting you mention the workload. Mine's been ramping up, actually, especially on certain client accounts that have been historically quiet. It's making me wonder if resources are being shifted around internally to accommodate new priorities or perhaps to prepare for some kind of realignment. Definitely feeling a bit of that 'anticipation' you described.
