Aon: Thoughts on compensation and benefits post-merger integration?

Hi all, Been with Aon for a while now, and with the integration from the (failed) acquisition still being digested, I'm curious about how people feel about their current compensation and benefits packages. Has anyone seen any adjustments, positive or negative, since the dust settled? Are the benefits still competitive compared to industry standards, especially considering the current economic climate? I've been reviewing my own situation and wondering if it's time to start looking elsewhere or if there's potential for growth and fair pay here. The workload has been intense lately, and while I understand that can be part of the job, I want to make sure the total compensation reflects that effort and the value I bring.
