Thinking about my next steps at Aon - any advice?

I've been at Aon for a solid chunk of my career, and while I appreciate the stability, I'm starting to feel a bit stagnant. There's been a lot of reorganization talk recently, and while nothing has materialized in terms of layoffs (that I know of), it's making me think about my long-term future here. The work is okay, but I'm not sure if there are many growth opportunities for me in the current structure. Has anyone successfully navigated a career change or pivoted within Aon recently, especially with all the ongoing strategic reviews? I'm open to internal moves but also starting to passively explore options outside the company. Just looking for some perspectives from others who might be in a similar boat or have insights into career progression within Aon right now. Any advice on how to approach this would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen a few people move laterally into different divisions at Aon, especially in areas that have been expanding. It sometimes takes a bit of networking and expressing interest proactively, rather than waiting for opportunities to be presented. Have you looked into any specific departments that seem to be growing or align with skills you'd like to develop? Sometimes a fresh perspective and willingness to learn new systems can open doors you didn't expect.
