Seeing a lot of chatter and, honestly, feeling it in the air. People are suddenly gone, roles are being absorbed, and there's that general unease. It's not just one or two people here and there anymore. Feels like a steady drip, drip, drip. I haven't seen any official announcement, no big 'restructuring' email that explains *why* or *who* is next. Just people disappearing from Slack and email. Has anyone actually gotten a heads-up or is this just the new normal? My team is already stretched thin, and the workload is just piling up on the remaining folks. Trying to stay positive and do my job, but it's getting harder when you don't know if you'll have a job next month. Anyone have any insights into what specific areas are being targeted or if there's a pattern to these departures?

Yeah, I've noticed it too. It's unsettling how quiet it's been. Feels like management is trying to avoid making a big deal out of it, which honestly just makes everyone more anxious. The lack of communication is the worst part. If there are significant changes happening, why not just tell us? This creeping uncertainty is way more disruptive than any official announcement would be. People are already covering extra work and feeling the strain.
