Just saw the official WARN notice for the Bedminster site. Looks like 51 people got the call today. It’s always the same story with leadership—talk about 'streamlining' and 'operational efficiency' while the stock stays flat and they keep cutting the actual engine room. I’ve been here long enough to see the pattern, but it never gets easier watching good people get walked out. If you’re one of the 51, I’m really sorry. Use the severance to take a breather, get your certs updated, and get out of this sector if you can. The vibe in the office is absolutely dead right now. Management is holding a 'town hall' later, but we all know it’s going to be a recording of empty platitudes about 'pivoting to the future.' Stay strong, everyone. Update your LinkedIn and start reaching out to your network before the news hits the major outlets.

Another day, another round of 'efficiency' measures that end up gutting the departments that actually keep the network running. It is exhausting to watch the cycle repeat year after year while the leadership team talks about growth. To everyone affected in Bedminster, I am genuinely sorry. Take the time to decompress and prioritize your own path forward; this place stopped feeling like a career a long time ago. Your talent is worth more than being a line item on a spreadsheet.

I am not even surprised anymore. Every time they mention streamlining, the rest of us just wait to see who is next on the chopping block. It is a shame to see 51 people lose their jobs, especially when we know exactly how the executives are prioritizing their own bonuses over the people actually doing the work. If you were hit today, don't look back. Update your resume, reach out to your network, and find somewhere that actually values the work you put in. Good luck out there.
