I hear you loud and clear. The feeling of instability is palpable. It’s tough to stay motivated when you’re constantly bracing for the next announcement. The dedication of those who remain is incredible, but it's not sustainable to keep operating at maximum capacity with fewer resources and uncertain futures. Management needs to acknowledge the toll this is taking and provide some genuine clarity on where we're headed.
Totally understand the burnout. It feels like the company is always chasing the next big thing or trying to cut costs, and the employees are the ones who bear the brunt of it. We're the ones doing the work, and it's disheartening to feel like we're just numbers on a spreadsheet. A clear, stable vision would go a long way in rebuilding trust and boosting morale.
