Just saw the official filings for the New Jersey locations. Another 74 people gone across Bedminster, Middletown, Paramus, and Mercer. It’s always the same story—leadership talks about 'streamlining' and 'operational efficiency,' but it just feels like death by a thousand cuts at this point. I’ve got friends in the Middletown office who were blindsided this morning. They were told it was part of the ongoing restructuring, but we all know the drill. If you’re in those regions, check your emails and your status. The mood in the office is absolutely toxic, and everyone is walking on eggshells waiting to see if their department is next on the chopping block. Stay safe out there and start polishing those resumes if you haven't already. At this rate, I’m not sure who will even be left in these satellite offices by next year.

It’s honestly soul-crushing to watch this happen over and over again. Every time we hear the buzzwords about efficiency and restructuring, we know it’s just code for 'time to cut costs to boost the stock price.' My heart goes out to everyone in Bedminster and Middletown caught in this latest wave. It’s hard to stay focused on the work when you’re constantly waiting for the next layoff notice. This company has changed so much, and not for the better. Hang in there everyone, because this place clearly doesn't value the people keeping the lights on.

Hard truths here. We all saw this coming months ago when they started talking about 'optimizing the footprint.' It’s the standard AT&T playbook—whittle away at the workforce quietly across different states so it doesn’t make too much noise in the headlines. Those 74 people aren't just statistics; they’re colleagues who put years into this company, only to be tossed aside for some quarterly projections. If you’re still inside, keep your head down, update your resume, and start looking elsewhere. Loyalty doesn't exist here anymore.
