Been at ADSK for a few years now, and lately the vibe feels off. We've all seen the news cycles and frankly, the conflicting reports are making me nervous. Some articles say big cuts, others smaller, some talking about restructuring and AI focus. My team hasn't had any direct impact *yet*, but there's this underlying tension. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the feedback was...interesting. Not bad, but not exactly glowing either. Feels like management is playing their cards close to their chest.
