Totally get where you're coming from. Been at Autodesk for a similar stretch, and the shift is palpable. Used to be excited about the next big thing; now, it's all about cost-cutting and squeezing every last drop out of existing products. I wouldn't be surprised if there are restructuring plans in the works. Time to polish up that resume, just in case. Better safe than sorry.
Honestly, this happens at most big companies after a while. The 'startup' energy fades, processes get rigid, and innovation slows. It's frustrating, sure, but not necessarily a sign of impending doom. Maybe try talking to your manager about your concerns and see if there are opportunities to get involved in projects that excite you more. It might just be a matter of finding a better fit within the organization.
