I totally get it. Been there, felt that. I was on the Revit team a few years back, and the constant shuffling was infuriating. It's hard to maintain any sense of ownership or pride in your work when priorities change on a dime. Honestly, I started documenting EVERYTHING and made sure to network outside my immediate team. That way, even if my group dissolved, I had options.
Honestly, that sounds pretty standard for large software companies. Restructuring is just a fact of life in the tech industry. Instead of getting burned out, maybe try to see it as an opportunity? New VPs usually bring new ideas, and sometimes that can lead to positive changes, even if it's disruptive in the short term. Focus on your own deliverables and try to stay flexible.
