I've got an interview lined up for an internship at one of the Berkshire Hathaway subsidiaries next summer. I've heard great things about the company's stability and the learning opportunities, but I'm a bit in the dark about the current interview process. Is it still super rigorous? Are they looking for specific skills or more of a general aptitude? Any advice on how to prepare would be amazing. I've done my homework on the company and the specific division, but I'm wondering if there are any BH-specific quirks I should be aware of. Is it more about fit or technical chops?
