BH interview process - how is it these days?

Considering applying for a role at one of the Berkshire Hathaway companies, and wanted to see if anyone has gone through their interview process recently. Heard it can be a bit old-school, but I'm curious about the specifics. Is it still multiple rounds with different teams? Are they heavy on behavioral questions or more technical? Any tips on what they're looking for, especially in the current economic climate? Trying to prepare as best I can. Also, if anyone has insight into salary ranges for mid-level engineering/product roles within BH subsidiaries, that would be super helpful too. Thanks in advance for any advice!

From what I've heard, Berkshire Hathaway still values a certain gravitas and long-term thinking. Expect a few rounds, yes, likely with different managers involved in the role. They tend to be more interested in understanding your thought process and how you'd approach problems, so prepare for behavioral questions that probe your judgment and alignment with their values. Technical skills are important, of course, but they want to see how you'd fit into a stable, enduring culture. Economic climate might mean they're looking for resilience and adaptability.
