Performance review season and the vibe at Berkshire.

0x317a…a7a2So, performance reviews just wrapped up at my BRK division. Usually, it's a pretty standard process, maybe some constructive feedback. This year, though, there's a palpable tension in the air. Managers seem way more hesitant to give top ratings, and even 'meets expectations' feels like a win. There's a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'optimization' being pushed down from the top, which is corporate speak for something, right? I'm not seeing direct signs of layoffs happening, but this heightened focus on performance and the general 'belt-tightening' atmosphere is making me nervous. Is this just a normal Q4 push, or is anyone else feeling like the ground is shifting under their feet at Berkshire? Curious about what the overall sentiment is across the conglomerate.
