Some are talking about specific departments like finance and IT being targeted for outsourcing. I haven't seen any official word or WARN notices, but the volume of discussion is making me nervous. My team hasn't gotten any direct communication, but the general mood here is definitely on edge. Feels like the calm before a storm, you know? Trying to gauge the reality of the situation versus just online noise.
