With Boeing's recent financial reports not exactly painting a rosy picture, and the ongoing supply chain issues plaguing the industry, I'm getting increasingly worried about job security. I know there haven't been official announcements of widespread layoffs, but the constant talk about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency improvements' makes me nervous. I've seen some departments absorb cuts already, and if things don't turn around quickly, I can see them going for a larger headcount reduction. Has anyone been through something similar at Boeing before? What's the typical pattern when the company faces these kinds of headwinds? Just trying to prepare myself mentally and practically for what might be coming.
