Yeah, I've noticed the same thing in my area (propulsion). The vagueness is the worst. I'd start dusting off your resume, just in case. Remember the 787 delays? Honestly, people are always jumping to conclusions after earnings calls. Boeing's been shaky for years, it's practically their default state. Unless you see actual layoff notices or projects getting canceled, I wouldn't panic just yet. Managers are often vague because they don't know any more than we do. Focus on your work and try to ignore the noise.
