Broadcom/VMware - Anyone seen actual layoffs yet?

Been seeing a lot of noise online, especially on HN with those VMware acquisition articles. It seems like the ink is barely dry and people are already talking about cuts. I'm on the Broadcom side, and while there's a definite buzz of uncertainty and 'we're watching you,' I haven't personally seen or heard of any actual pink slips being handed out to Broadcom employees (non-VMware side). Lots of speculation about roles being redundant and integration plans, but nothing concrete. Anyone on the VMware side who's gone through the initial transition phase hearing anything definitive about numbers or timelines for Broadcom folks? Or even on the Broadcom side, have any specific teams or departments been targeted? Trying to get a sense of what's real vs. rumor mill.

From my perspective on the Broadcom side, the atmosphere is definitely tense. We're all aware of the VMware acquisition and the potential for restructuring, but so far, it's mostly been whispers and observation. No direct news of layoffs impacting us, but the uncertainty is palpable.
