I'm so effing over this uncertainty!

Seriously, the constant layoff rumors are driving me insane. Every single week, there's a new post about impending doom. I'm in sales, and it's impossible to focus on my job when I'm constantly worried about losing it. The lack of transparency from management is infuriating. Just tell us what's going on! Are there layoffs coming or not? This constant anxiety is affecting my sleep, my relationships, and my overall well-being. I'm starting to resent this company, which sucks because I used to love working here. If they're planning layoffs, just rip off the band-aid already!

I totally get it. I was in a similar situation at another company. The worst part wasn't even the layoffs themselves, it was the constant fear and not knowing. My advice? Start quietly updating your resume and networking. It's not about giving up, it's about taking back some control. Even if nothing happens, you'll feel more prepared and less helpless.

While I sympathize, this happens with every big tech company, especially after a merger or acquisition. The constant rumors are annoying, but honestly, they're usually overblown. Take a deep breath, focus on your sales numbers, and try to ignore the noise. If you're a top performer, you're probably safe. If you're not, maybe it's time to reassess your strategy regardless.
